How many job postings state pay, country by country

The EU Pay Transparency Directive makes employers tell candidates the pay before the interview. Member states had until 7 Jun 2026 to make it law, and 5 of 27 have done so. We read 1,138,998 open jobs on employers' own careers sites every day and count how many state pay. As of 23 Oct 2026: 3.3% in the EU, against 24.5% in the United States.

The trend

We measure every day from 23 Oct 2026, so the trend line appears after the first week. Our job coverage keeps growing, so the trend follows a fixed panel: the same employers every day. That way a new batch of employers can't move the line.

By country and employer size

Employer size = the employer's open jobs that day. Blank = fewer than 50 open jobs in that band.
