Terms of use for datasets and the API
Free samples
The free sample files (*-sample.csv) are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0): you may share and adapt them if you credit "Arcadium Data" and link to this site.
Paid files and API access
- Licensed for internal use by the buying organisation: analysis, research, prospecting and use inside your own product, where the data is not exposed as a dataset.
- No resale, sublicensing or republishing of the files, or a substantial part of them, as a dataset or through an API.
- API keys are personal to the customer. Fair-use limits are stated with each plan.
- Data is provided as is. It comes from public sources, it is dated, and some rows go stale between checks. We do not guarantee that it is complete or fit for a particular purpose; our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the file or plan, except where the law does not allow that limit.
- When you contact a business you found in our data, you are responsible for following anti-spam, marketing and privacy law in your country and theirs.
- Refunds: within 14 days of purchase if a file does not match its description.
- API plans are subscriptions for business use. They renew each month or year until you cancel in the billing portal; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and the key returns to the Free plan. Prices are before VAT. A plan change applies at once, with the difference prorated by our payment processor.
- These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of your country of residence.
Data pages
The numbers on our public data pages (companies, ATS vendors, statistics, Shopify by country) may be quoted with a link to the page and its data date.

Some of these may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, and take it with you. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the data protection authority where you live.
Data sources, robots.txt and removal requests
- We collect only data that is public without a login: store pages and the endpoints those pages use, public job boards, and public review pages. We do not log in, create accounts, or get around paywalls.
- We read robots.txt for every source and record what it says. We keep request rates low and stop or slow down when a site asks us to.
- Our files are about businesses. We do not collect or sell names, emails or phone numbers of private persons, and stores or employers whose name reads like a private person's name are left out.
Remove a source or a record
If you run a site we collect from, or a record is about you or your business, write to hello@arcadiumdata.io with the source or the record (a domain or a URL is enough). We remove a source or record on request within 24 hours: we stop collecting it, take it out of the files, the API and the data pages, and leave it out of later exports. We reply once it is done.
