What pay do employers post for this role?

Type a job title and pick a country. You get the posted-pay band (25th percentile, median, 75th percentile, EUR a year) from employer job ads that state pay, how many ads and employers are behind it, and the same role in other countries.

Who states pay

The share of job ads that state pay, per country and employer size, is on the Pay Disclosure Monitor. The bands and the per-ad data are a weekly feed for HR-tech and analysts.

The same answer is one API call, without a key up to 300 calls a day per IP on these routes (a free key gives 1,000 calls a month):

  • GET /v1/pay/bands?role=&country=

Base URL https://api.arcadiumdata.io. Every route in the API guide and the OpenAPI document; agents can use the MCP server.

Questions

Where do the figures come from?

From open job ads on employer job boards that state a pay range, read every day and grouped weekly by country and occupation (ISCO-08 sub-major group, mapped from the job title). Hourly and monthly ranges are annualised and converted to EUR at the monthly ECB rate.

How many job ads are behind a figure?

Each answer shows the count. A cell with fewer than 10 job ads or fewer than 3 employers is not shown, so one employer cannot set the number.

Is this what people earn?

No. It is what employers advertise, an employer-side market signal. Bonuses, equity and negotiated pay are not in it, and roles that state pay are not a random sample.

Can I download the bands?

Yes: with a free account the bands of every country for the role download as a CSV, and the API returns them weekly.
