Hiring signals for a list of accounts

The Hiring Signals API answers the same question for a watchlist of companies every day, and Company Pulse turns the changes into dated events (hiring up, new country, first ad with posted pay). Browse the weekly company pages.

For developers and AI agents

The same answer is one API call, without a key up to 300 calls a day per IP on these routes (a free key gives 1,000 calls a month):

  • GET /v1/companies/{domain}
  • GET /v1/companies/{domain}/history
  • GET /v1/companies/{domain}/pulse

Base URL https://api.arcadiumdata.io. Every route in the API guide and the OpenAPI document; agents can use the MCP server.

Questions

Where do the open jobs come from?

From the company’s own public job board on its applicant tracking system, read every day. Job boards of recruiters and aggregators are not counted, so reposts do not inflate the number.

What does the trend show?

Open jobs per month since February 2023 from the public web archive (Common Crawl). The archive does not capture every board every month, so some months are missing; they stay missing rather than guessed.

Can I get an alert when they open roles?

Yes. A free account watches up to 3 companies for the first month with a weekly email: new roles by function and country against their usual pace, new countries, pay in new ads and tools named in job ads.

Does this show who works there?

No. Arcadium Data is company-level only: jobs, counts and shares. No names, profiles or contact details of people.
